“Javeayah was reported missing from her family’s home near Hillsboro Street and Ridgecrest Road around 8:45 p.m. on June 30. Her mother, 22-year-old Michilae Herring, told authorities she had last seen the child playing near the family’s chicken coop about 45 minutes earlier,” Sheriff Sawyer explained.
